We celebrate our new Agile Coaches!
We’re excited to announce that the Agile Coaches from our Summer Residency have officially graduated and are now proudly stepping into the Agile Coach RACI hat!
It has been inspiring to work alongside such dedicated, people-first leaders. You’ll now see these coaches guiding teams in all pre-kickoff onboarding workshops, supporting both participants and observers alike.
These new Agile Coaches are officially recognized as leaders in our community, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements.
If you’re inspired to follow in their footsteps, here’s how you can start your journey: complete either Agile UX, Product Operations, or Product Requirements, and then join our November cohort to train under experienced Agile Coaches in our advanced apprenticeship program.
💡 Tip of the Week
Embrace Learning, Not Perfection
We don't wait for perfect solutions—we learn our way forward. By running small experiments, gathering feedback, and adapting quickly, we discover what truly serves our partners and communities. Every iteration makes us smarter and our impact stronger. We build trust through transparency about what we're learning, not by pretending we have all the answers. Progress happens when we're brave enough to try, humble enough to adjust, and committed to getting better together.
💭Agile Principles:A Simpler Way to Work Smarter.
Definition of Agile: Agile is a philosophy and a way of approaching work.
Agile teams deliver incremental value as they go.They do not work in sequential order or phases. They deliver small chunks of usable, valuable functionality to users continuously instead of delivering the full result all at once.
Why it matters? In many workplaces, projects are built the old way and nothing is shared until the whole thing is finished. That means people spend months building something only to find out it doesn’t solve the real problem. Agile avoids this by delivering smaller pieces of value along the way. Teams learn what works (and what doesn’t) early on, and adjust before investing too much time and energy. This makes Agile safer, smarter, and more effective.
Analogy: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/river-metaphor-explain-agile-ways-working-michael-gibson/
Agile teams are like a river flowing, constantly moving forward and adapting. When rocks (obstacles or new requirements) are encountered, the river (team) finds a way around or over them, always maintaining its flow.

This image represents how Agile teams continously work, adjusting their path to overcome challenges and stay productve, rather than stopping to ask for permission every step of the way.
